  • The home is positioned for privacy; there are no views of the commercial area west of the home .

  • Roof is concrete "villa" tile. Exterior stone natural stone veneer real stone from quarries in Oklahoma. The exterior metal turret over the spiral staircase and all exterior chimney caps are hand-crafted out of copper.

  • The large front patio has a snow melt system. Fired by a dedicated 399,000 BTU high-efficiency NTI condensing boiler; the snow melt system can be turned off/on remotely via iPhone/iPad.

  • The entire home, except for the wine cellar, is accessible by wheel chair, including entry from the garage and front door.

  • The 11'-6" tall custom front door unit has five locking points and features Rocky Mountain Hardware.

  • All interior doors are custom 8' tall units with 1-3/4" thick solid alder center panels.

  • All three floors are accessible via custom cab elevator.

  • Heating, cooling and domestic hot water are controlled by a tekmap computer system for maximum efficiency. There are 24 separate heating zones that can be individually controlled. Heat and hot water are provided via two triangle tube high efficiency condensing boilers. Either boiler is capable of servicing the entire home and automatically "back-up" each other should one boiler fail. Three high-efficiency Trane A/C units are air handlers provide cooling and electronic air filtration.

  • Average utility bill (gas and electric) averages approximately $400 per month.

  • The home features twenty-four "sound zones" with high quality components including Sonance amplifiers, Marantz tuner/receiver and a monster power supply. All zones are controlled via the savant home automation system which easily integrates with iPhone/iPad.

  • The dedicated home theater features a Runco projector, 110" screen and a seven speaker (2 front, 1 Center, 2 side, 2 rear plus sub-woofer) sound system. Control is via the savant home automation system. Theater room walls utilize "Sound board" (versus standard sheet rock) and sound insulation in all walls and ceiling.

  • A Lutron lighting system integrates with the savant home automation system and controls the majority of the lighting in the home. The system can be programmed so any button can control any or all of the lights on the system. One touch buttons on each side of the master bed control "panic" lighting and other options; other options control "mood/theme" settings and "all-off" buttons turn all lights on the system off with one touch. all lights on the system can be dimmed and are easily controlled from iPhone/iPad

  • The home has a commercial security system with three separate security partitions (Main Home, Man Cave, and Shop). The system features a combination of motion detectors, intrusion detectors at all outside doors, glass breakage, smoke and rate-of-rinse detectors. Integrated "water-bugs" at both utility rooms and laundry room detect floor moisture.

  • The home features "mid-floor" insulation to reduce noise between floors and improve heating and cooling efficiency

  • All five bedrooms are designed to accommodate a king size bed plus night stands on each side. Every bedroom has a large tiled shower; additionally, three of the bedrooms have both a shower and a jetted tub.

  • The Master Suite includes a "Morning Kitchen" with cabinets, sink, and under counter refrigerator.

  • The kitchen features a large hammered copper farm sink, prep sink, wolf range (two ovens, six banners plus grill), separate Wolf oven, Wolf warming. drawer, two Sub-Zero 700 series refrigerator/freezers, GE Advantium oven / microwave combo and Asko dishwasher. The adjacent butler's pantry has and additional Asko dishwasher plus a Marvel under-counter wine cellar.

  • The "Man Cave" features a separate security "partition" that can be set and monitored independently of the rest of the home. It also has a 900 CFM exhaust fan to accommodate cigar smokers, copper bar sink and under-counter refrigerator and stone fireplace. Floor is 3/4" thick American walnut.

  • The main bar at the lower level rec room features a lighted onyx bar top, hammered copper farm sink, Sharp microwave drawer, Sub-Zero under-counter refrigerator, Sub-Zero ice maker, KitchenAid drawer style dishwasher and a  Marvel Kegerator with beer tap.

  • A central Vacuum system services all three levels.

  • The upper level living area bar features a copper sink, under-counter refrigerator, Sharp microwave drawer and Kitchen-Aid drawer style dishwasher.

  • The home has a 10kW solar system "Net Meter'' which feeds power back to Xcel Energy for credit to electrical cost.

  • ey systems have back-up power via 20KW Generac natural gas generator with auto start/transfer. The system automatically tests
    for 15 minutes each Friday.

  • The three-car garage has in-floor radiant heat and a tench drain to allow melting snow or water from vehicles to drain out of garage spaces. Garage door openers are all "direct drive"... no center rail or chain with automatic locking dead bolts. The lower four feet of the walls are "Durock" cement board, not sheet rock, to help prevent inadvertent water damage while washing vehicles or floors vehicles or floors.

  • The RV bay has 16' wide by 12' high overhead door with a commercial door opener and is approximately 42 feet deep. It will easily accommodate four cars or pickup trucks. The RV bay also features a center trench drain to allow snow melt and water to exit, heated floor, Durock cement board on first on first four feet of the walls, commercial high-bay lighting, sound system, ceiling mounted exhaust fan and multiple 120V and 220V outlets. An interior 10' X 10' overhead door between the RV bay and shop allows vehicle access between the two areas. Bay is pre-wired for TV.

  • The "shop" has heated floors, high-bay commercial lighting, two ceiling mounted exhaust fans, sound system, pre-wired for TV and  has numerous 120/220V Outlets. The Shop features an office with separate heating control, sound system, and half-bath is wired for TV and internet connectivity.

  • Above the shop is a 900+ square foot storage loft that is finished except for carpet. The loft is fully insulated, textured, painted, trimmed and has lights and outlets. It is pre-wired for baseboard heat.

  • The under-side of the large concrete deck off the main level is waterproof and finished with tongue & groove cedar. It also features
    "party" lighting and sound system.

  • The home has a separate (not shared) 600 amp electrical service.

  • The lot is not part of any HOA; no fees or HOA approvals required.

  • When you ring the doorbell, it turns on the sound system in all rooms and plays the into to "Hotel California"!
